To file a warranty claim please gather the information listed below and e-mail to sales@propertyhunter-realty.com. Pictures may be required and if you have digital pictures showing the defect include them with your e-mail.

Find Your Serial Number
Serial numbers are 10 digit numbers that can be found on the bottom of bar code labels and are also hot-stamped on tanks. Hot-stamps of serial numbers on vertical single-wall and double-wall tanks can be found around the top manway area.
Serial numbers on Cubetainers can be found on the front top left-hand corner of the tank. Serial numbers for Slimtainers can be found on the back top right-hand side of the tank.
Return Goods Policy
All returns are subject to a restocking charge and must have prior authorization from the factory. Returns not carrying our RGA (Return Goods Authorization) will not be accepted. Contact Snyder Customer Service to get a RGA #.
